Hypertrophic Neuropathy
Hypertrophic neuropathy is disease characterized by demyelination and remyelination of nerves resulting in injury and dysfunction
Age of Onset: 7-12 weeks of age
Sex Predisposition: Any sex of animal can be affected
Clinical Course:
Clinical signs worsen over time and result in a recumbent state in 3 weeks, potentially with contracted limbs. Some regained motor function after 6-7 weeks after developing the recumbent state.
